Refunds and Returns

This policy supplements our General Conditions of Use (EULA). Zones is digital content (software license) delivered immediately by email: as no physical goods are shipped, there is no return of merchandise. The rules below concern refunds.

Try before you buy

A free 14-day trial version, all features included and without a credit card, allows you to evaluate the software before any payment.

Right of withdrawal and waiver

For a distance purchase, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw. However, with regard to digital content provided immediately, this right can no longer be exercised when, before purchase, you have (a) given your express agreement to immediate activation, (b) acknowledged waiving your right of withdrawal, and (c) received confirmation of this agreement on a durable medium (by e-mail) — article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Concretely: when ordering, you check a waiver box, and the delivery email for your key reminds you of this waiver. Once the license key has been issued, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. This waiver applies to any buyer, individual or professional.

Subscription

Cancellable at any time (electronically). Termination stops the renewal: your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for, without reimbursement of the current period, unless mandatory legal provision.

Single purchase

The license for the major version purchased is final. After delivery of the key, no reimbursement is due, except under the legal guarantees below or a commercial gesture.

Legal guarantees (maintained)

Regardless of the above waiver, you retain the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, art. L.224-25-1 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq.). If the software does not work as described, we fix it free of charge (patch or new version); if compliance is impossible, a reimbursement can be made under legal conditions.

Commercial gestures

At our discretion, we will gladly refund in the event of double payment, obvious pricing error, key not delivered or blocking technical problem that we are unable to resolve.

Professionals

The sale between professionals is in principle firm and final. Certain very small professionals (5 employees or less, for a purchase outside their main activity) can benefit from specific protections (art. L221-3 of the Consumer Code); the waiver requested from the order covers this case. Legal guarantees remain due.

Request a refund

Write to support@fortis-apps-studio.com indicating the purchase email and, if possible, the payment reference. Any refund granted is made to the original payment method, generally within 14 days.

Pro offers / on quote

The conditions for reimbursement of offers on quote are specified in the quote or the corresponding contract.
