Undo / Redo

Zones keeps a log of file operations:

Undo last arrange: Ctrl + Alt + Z
Redo: Ctrl + Alt + Y

(Also accessible from the notification icon.) The intentionally different shortcut from Ctrl + Z avoids any conflict with the active app behind the zones. The log details each operation ("Auto-arrange: N files", "Drag and drop: N files", "Zone close", "Rename file", "Merge zones"). Deletions go through the Windows Trash ("Files to Trash").

Snapshots

In the Snapshots menu: Save current state… captures your zones' layout. You can then Restore a snapshot (a "Before restore" snapshot is created for safety). Useful before a big reorganization.

Workspaces (pages)

Organize your zones across multiple pages, like distinct workspaces: New page, Rename page, Delete page. Switch between them based on your activity.

"Send to a zone" (Windows menu)

Zones adds Send to a zone to the Windows right-click menu (and Configure Zones). From Explorer or the Desktop, right-click a file → Send to a zone → choose the destination zone.

Search for a file

Ctrl + Shift + Space opens the file search within your zones (also in the menu: "Search for a file…").

Quick look

Select a file and press Space (while hovering over the zone): a Quick look displays the file with its type, size, and modification date. Space or Esc closes the preview.

Updates

Settings → Update → Check for updates. Zones says "You have the latest version" or "Update available" (Download opens the version page). An update can be "highly recommended". It opens in the browser — close Zones before installing. See the release notes.

Copy my system info (to attach to a request).
Open Zones folder (access the real folders of your zones).
